The grazing highlands of Uttarakhand’s mountainous heights are centric points for most of our imposing treks in the area. The grassy lands of Bugyal are hidden away in the mountain laps where the herdsman take their herds in the summertime before the snowy winters. Dayara is slightly lesser known, accessible from Uttarkashi by just a few walks but the splendid beauty of the way worth the small trek. With the complete stretch at different points, you can seize the sighting of Srikanth peak, Bandarpoonch, Black peak and Gangotri set of peaks. A ridge walk will move you to the junctions of many joining meadows indulging the Giddara Bugyal. You will also see the ancestry trail to Dodital which is a lake of pure water. It is the perfect choice for the first-timers. The people who have some interest in the trekking and mountaineering can satisfy their adrenaline rush after coming here. It is an excellent delight for naturalists.
